"Refund worked out eventually"
The refund took a while to come through, and I was getting a bit frustrated, not sure how to explain it, but the process felt slower than expected. In the end though, they did fix it and I got my money back.

I’ve used these tracks in paid ads and client edits a bunch, and it’s been really smooth. no licensing headaches or weird issues so far, which is a huge relief when you’re Trying to get projects out the door

I’ve been using soundstripe right inside Premiere, it just makes the whole process feel smoother. For me, the biggest win is not having to jump back and forth between tabs while I’m trying to stay in the editing zone. Finding a track and dropping it into my project is quick and easy, so it feels like one less thing interrupting my flow.

I was kind of in a rush and didn’t want to deal with confusing license details, so I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. It was easy to understand and didn’t slow me down.

"Helpful playlists, but not always a perfect fit"
I mostly use Soundstripe for the curated playlists, and they do save me a decent amount of time when I’m looking for music for videos. That said, I’m not always totally sure about the overall quality or consistency—some playlists have a few tracks that feel kind of out of place. Still, most of the music is easy enough to browse through, and I usually find something usable.

"Decent music, but the pricing is a bit frustrating"
Soundstripe has a solid selection of tracks, and the site is easy to get around, so I’ll give them that. But the subscription feels a little too expensive for how often I actually use it. I don’t need music every single month, so it’s mildly annoying to pay for a plan like I do. It would be nice if they offered a cheaper option or something more flexible for occasional users

"At least billing didn’t make things harder"
I had to update my card and double-check a charge, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying situations where you have to chase someone down for help. Thankfully, it was simple. Everything was laid out clearly in my account and there weren’t any weird surprise charges waiting for me. I’ve had enough billing issues with other places, so it was nice to not feel like I was being stuck with another problem to deal with.

"I’ve used Soundstripe on a few smaller video..."
I’ve used Soundstripe on a few smaller video projects now, the music quality has been really solid every time.
A lot of the tracks actually feel like real songs instead of that cheesy stock music vibe I was kind of expecting. The mixes sound clean, the vocals are good when I need something with lyrics, and there’s a nice mix of styles for different moods.

I do still have to dig around a little sometimes to find the perfect fit, but overall it sounds way better than most other places I’ve tried. Actually an easy 5 stars from me.

"Super quick help when I needed it!!"
I ran into a small issue with my account and wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, but support got back to me way faster than I expected!!

"Finally, Music I Don’t Have to Panic Over"
I use Soundstripe for client videos, it’s been such a relief. Adding music used to feel like walking into a copyright minefield, especially with YouTube and social posts, but the royalty-free coverage makes the whole thing way less stressful. I can actually hit publish without bracing for some dramatic claim to ruin my day. So far, it’s been solid.

I found the tracks I needed really fast, like there was basically no chance I was getting lost in there. The filters definitely helped, though I’m absolutely convinced they could be a bit sharper because sometimes they were just slightly off

"Canceling was kind of a hassle"
It worked fine overall, but canceling took a little longer than I expected and got kind of annoying. I was trying to do it quickly before making coffee, and it ended up taking a few extra steps. Not terrible, just a bit of a pain...
